You have to think that Ireland looks at its best in Autumn. This year, Autumn has been a little late and the leaves have really only started to fall this week and indeed, a lot of trees still look quite leafy.
They say that if you are to sell land, you should sell it in Autumn, simply because it will look at its best then.
