Still haven’t gone to the beach - it is two blocks away, but I have been doing some work and I have been sleeping and eating.  Mush more important.  Tomorrow the course starts, so there will be no beach then either.  I leave on Sunday immediately after the course finishes, so perhaps no beach then.  I’m going to see if I can make it through a trip to Rio without ever bothering going to the beach.
