So, the next report on the rape of the children of Ireland by the Catholic church is about to come out. It will be foul, shocking, disgusting, unbelievable. You don’t have to take my word for it. The Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid martin has said (according to the RTÉ website) that “the examination of church and State responses to complaints will horrify and shock”.
Children raped by the hundreds by more than 150 priests.
Is this not enough for the people of Ireland? Is it now time to stand up against the Catholic church and take their privilege off them, take their possessions as surely as they took the dignity, innocence and peace of mind of these children?
So, what would Jesus say about this?
Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones…” (Matt. 18:10).

I think that saying “Thats Shocking” or complaining on Joe Duffy only does so much… Formally removing yourself from there organization is a considerably better form of protest
